Description: Acord Cadru pentru Lucrări de întreținere curentă și periodică multianuală iarnă – vară pentru perioada 2022-2025 a drumurilor județene din administrarea Consiliului Județean Neamț, conform caietelor de sarcini și listelor de cantitati. Lucrările de întreținere curentă și periodică a drumurilor cu periodicitatea prevăzută de reglementările tehnice pentru asigurarea viabilității și desfășurării traficului în condiții de siguranță și confort constau în: Întreținerea curentă a drumurilor județene pe timp de vară: - Întreținerea părții carosabile specifică tipului de îmbrăcăminte - Întreținerea platformei drumului - Asigurarea scurgerii apelor din zona drumului - Întretinerea mijloacelor pentru siguranța circulației rutiere și de informare - Asigurarea esteticii rutiere din zona drumului - Întretinerea curentă a podurilor și a podețelor - Covoare bituminoase - Siguranța rutieră - Protejarea corpului și a platformei drumului - Întreținere periodică a podurilor și podețelor - Lucrări accidentale: Refaceri după inindatii, alunecări de teren, afuieri de poduri, cutremure, accidente rutiere, pentru aducerea drumurilor și a podurilor la starea tehnică inițială - Reparații și înlocuire elemente podețe tubulare Întreținerea curentă a drumurilor județene pe timp de iarnă: - Plombare gropi cu mixturi stocabile inclusiv aprovizionare - Aprovizionarea cu materiale pentru combaterea lunecușului - Asigurarea cu panouri de parazăpezi și montarea acestora - Deszăpezirea manuală și mecanică - Informarea privind starea drumurilor Activitatile de intretinere si reparare a drumurilor publice sunt reglementate de “Normativul privind administrarea, exploatarea, intretinerea si repararea drumurilor publice”, indicativ AND 554- 2002, Normativ privind prevenirea şi combaterea înzăpezirii drumurilor publice”, indicativ AND 525-2013. NOTA: a) Termenul până la care operatorii economici pot transmite solicitările de clarificări/informații suplimentare așa cum s-a menționat la secțiunea I.3 - 20 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. b) In masura în care solicitările de clarificări au fost adresate în termenul precizat în documentație, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11 a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.

Description: Obiectul achiziției constă în achiziționarea de lucrări de întreținere curentă și periodică multianuală iarnă – vară pentru perioada 2022-2025 a drumurilor județene din administrarea Consiliului Județean Neamț, conform caietelor de sarcini și listelor de cantitati. Activitatile de intretinere si reparare a drumurilor publice sunt reglementate de “Normativul privind administrarea, exploatarea, intretinerea si repararea drumurilor publice”, indicativ AND 554- 2002, Normativ privind prevenirea şi combaterea înzăpezirii drumurilor publice”, indicativ AND 525-2013 Lucrările de întreținere a drumurilor județene au ca scop asigurarea conditiilor tehnice necesare desfasurarii circulatiei rutiere in siguranta in stare permanenta de curatenie si aspect estetic. Acordul cadru are ca scop realizarea lucrarilor si serviciilor de intretinere curenta si periodica multianuale iarna-vara, 2022-2025 a drumurilor judetene din administrarea Consiliului Județean Neamț, conform caietelor de sarcini, listelor de cantitati. Cantitatile minime și maxime estimate pe durata acordului cadru, precum și cantitățile minime și maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent sunt înscrise in Formularul A3 . Autoritatea contractanta estimeaza sa incheie minim 3 contracte subsecvente, cu o frecventa de minim un contract subsecvent pe an, sau dupa caz mai multe contracte subsecvente in functie de fondurile bugetare aprobate si alocate. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 24.318.420,74 lei fără T.V.A
