Information about review deadlines: Ein Nachprüfungsantrag ist nach §160 einhundertsechzig Absatz 3 GWB unzulässig, soweit der Antragsteller einen erkannten Vergaberechtsverstoß nicht innerhalb von 10 Kalendertagen gegenüber dem Auftraggeber gerügt hat.
