Description: Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het realiseren van tijdige, doelmatige en cliëntgerichte woningaanpassingen, deurautomaten en plafondliften (goedkoopst adequaat) voor onze cliënten die ondersteuning nodig hebben om zelfstandig en veilig in hun eigen woning te kunnen blijven wonen. De aanbesteding beoogt één betrouwbare en deskundige opdrachtnemer te contracteren die: o passende en duurzame oplossingen levert die aansluiten bij de individuele behoeften van de cliënt; o cliëntgericht werkt en zich kan aanpassen aan de doelgroep met een cultuur- en stresssensitieve aanpak en correcte communicatie; o de woningaanpassingen uitvoert, de deurautomaten en plafondliften levert en bedrijfsklaar oplevert binnen afgesproken doorlooptijden en kwaliteitsnormen; o zorgt voor het voldoen aan de eisen van comfort en veiligheid, een lange levensduur met minimale milieubelasting; o adequate en flexibele service, onderhoud en nazorg biedt gedurende de gehele gebruiksduur; o zorgdraagt voor demontage en De geraamde jaarlijkse waarde van de opdracht is € 500.000,- en is gebaseerd op de omvang in 2025. De totale verwachte geraamde waarde van de opdracht is daarmee gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst inclusief verlengingen € 3.500.000
