Description: El presente contrato se adjudicará por procedimiento abierto, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 131 y concordantes de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público (LCSP), al considerarse que existe una pluralidad de empresas que, cumpliendo los requisitos exigidos en el expediente, podrán participar en el procedimiento de licitación. Debido al gran número de ordenadores-portátiles a suministrar, mediante la tramitación del procedimiento abierto ordinario se permite una mayor concurrencia de empresas interesadas que puedan presentar sus proposiciones sin estar necesariamente encontrarse inscritas en el Registro Oficial de Licitadores y Empresas Clasificadas, contribuyendo de este modo a favorecer la transparencia en la adjudicación de la contratación, por lo tanto, en la gestión de fondos públicos
