Die Stadt Burgwedel betreibt in Großburgwedel die Zentralkläranlage (ZKA) und am Standort Fuhrberg eine Kläranlage mit einer Anschlussgröße von 2.400 Ein wohnerwerten (aus Erhebungsbogen KA-Fuhrberg 2020).
