Description: La présente consultation a pour objet la mise en place d'un système d'acquisition dynamique (SAD) portant sur la présélection d'entreprises ayant vocation à être mises en concurrence pour l'obtention de marchés spécifiques concernant l'achat de véhicules neufs et d'occasion. Le système d'acquisition dynamique est défini sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 9 000 000 euros HT sur toute sa durée, soit 4 ans.
