Information about review deadlines: Genaue Angaben zu den Fristen für die Einlegung von Rechtsbehelfen: Um eine Korrektur des Vergabeverfahrens zu erreichen, kann ein Nachprüfungsantrag bei der Vergabekammer, die unter VI.4.1) angegeben ist, gestellt werden, solange die Vergabestelle noch keinen wirksamen Zuschlag erteilt hat. Ein wirksamer Zuschlag kann erst erteilt werden, nachdem die Vergabestelle die unterlegenen Bieter über die beabsichtige Zuschlagserteilung mit den nach § 134 GWB erforderlichen Angaben informiert hat und 15 Kalendertage bzw. bei Versendung der Information auf elektronischem Weg 10 Kalendertage vergangen sind (§§ 134, 135 GWB). Ein Nachprüfungsantrag ist unzulässig, wenn der Antragsteller die geltend gemachten Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften bereits vor Einreichen des Nachprüfungsantrags erkannt und gegenüber der Vergabestelle nicht innerhalb einer Frist von 10 Kalendertagen gerügt hat bzw. wenn der Antragsteller Vergabeverstöße, die bereits aufgrund der Bekanntmachung oder den Vergabeunterlagen erkennbar waren, nicht spätestens bis zum Ablauf der in der Bekanntmachung benannten Frist zur Bewerbung oder Angebotsabgabe gerügt hat.
