Description: TenneT rectificeert de volgende (geschiktheids)eisen (zie geel gemarkeerde teksten in Mercell 5.2, 5.3 en 5.4.): Rectificatie 1. BLR Groenvoorziening Als bewijs dat zij voldoet aan deze eis, dient inschrijver (of Inschrijver en iedere Combinant en/of Derde waarop beroep wordt gedaan) binnen 6 maanden na de start van de overeenkomst het Groenkeur bedrijfscertificaat conform de BRL Groenvoorziening (of gelijkwaardig) te overleggen. TenneT wijst erop dat uit de uitspraken ECLI:NL:RBLIM:2024:1434, r.o. 4.6 en ECLI:NL:RBOBR:2022:5399, r.o. 4.4 volgt dat reeds voorafgaand aan inschrijving aantoonbaar gestart moet worden met de aanvraag zodat ook (zoals in art. 2.96 lid 2 Aanbestedingswet is vermeld) op andere wijzen aangetoond kan worden dat het kwaliteitssysteem aan de kwaliteitsnormen voldoet. Rectificatie 2. Safety Culture Ladder trede 3 Als bewijs dat zij voldoet aan deze eis, dient Inschrijver (of Inschrijver als combinant en/of Derde waarop een beroep wordt gedaan) binnen 12 maanden na de start van de overeenkomst het Safety Culture Ladder trede 3 Light te overleggen. Voorafgaand aan inschrijving dient aantoonbaar gestart te zijn met de aanvraag zodat ook (zoals in art. 2.96 lid 2 Aanbestedingswet is vermeld) op andere wijzen aangetoond kan worden dat aan deze eis wordt voldaan. Rectificatie 3. CO2 prestatieladder Als bewijs dat zij voldoet aan deze eis, dient Inschrijver (of Inschrijver als combinant en/of Derde waarop een beroep wordt gedaan) binnen 12 maanden na de start van de overeenkomst het CO2 Prestatiecertificaat te overleggen. TenneT wijst erop dat uit de uitspraken ECLI:NL:RBLIM:2024:1434, r.o. 4.6 en ECLI:NL:RBOBR:2022:5399, r.o. 4.4 volgt dat reeds voorafgaand aan inschrijving aantoonbaar gestart moet worden met de aanvraag zodat ook (zoals in art. 2.96 lid 2 Aanbestedingswet is vermeld) op andere wijzen aangetoond kan worden dat aan deze eis wordt voldaan.
