Title: Schulzentrum Landsberg-Neubau eines Klassentrakts als Erweiterungsbau des bestehenden Gymnasiums
Description: Das Bauvorhaben liegt im Westen der Stadt Landsberg an der Platanenstrasse . Das bestehende Schulzentrum besteht aus zwei Schulformen: einer Realschule und einem Gymnasium. Das Schulzentrum befindet sich in der Trägerschaft des Landkreises Landsberg am Lech und hat derzeit ca. 1800 Schüler. Im ersten Bauabschnitt wird östlich des Gymnasiums ein Neubau angeordnet und bildet zusammen mit dem Bestandsgebäude und der Turnhalle einen neuen begrünten Innenhof. Die Anbindung an das Bestandsgebäude wird durch einen erdgeschossigen Verbindungsbau hergestellt. Der Neubau erhält erdgeschossig eine Sitzstufenanlage. Darüber entsteht ein bis zum Dach offener Raum. In den oberen Geschossen entstehen die naturwissenschaftlichen Bereiche des Gymnasiums. Die Erweiterung wird als Stahlbetonskelettbau hergestellt. Die vorgehängten Balkone dienen als Fluchtwege sowie als ein ins Freie erweiterter Unterrichtsbereich. Die Erweiterung erhält eine vorgehängte, hinterlüftete Fassade mit einer Holzverschalung. Außenabmessungen Erweiterungsbau 1. Bauabschnitt ca. 41 x 30 m Geschosse: E+2 und Teilunterkellerung Gebäudehöhe: Dachdecke über 2.OG ca. +12,50 m ab OK Gelände Überbaute Grundfläche: BGF ca. 1.355 m² Bruttogrundfläche der Erweiterung beträgt ca. 4160 m²

Description of selection criterion: Eine Eigenerklärung darüber, dass keine Ausschlussgründe nach §§ 123 und 124 GWB vorliegen. Für die Angabe ist das „Formblatt Eignung“ zu verwenden. Vor Zuschlagserteilung können die entsprechenden Bestätigungen angefordert werden. Eine Eigenerklärung zur Umsetzung des Zuschlags- und Erfüllungsverbots für öffentliche Aufträge im Zusammenhang mit russischen Staatsangehörigen, Organisationen und Einrichtungen gem.
