Title: ONTWERPOPDRACHTEN PUBLIEKE RUIMTE
Description: Dit perceel omvat deelopdrachten die zowel totaalopdrachten van ontwerp tot en met uitvoering van een publieke ruimte project uitmaken alsook opdrachten die één of meer specifieke deelfasen van dergelijke totaalopdracht omvatten. In dit laatste geval bestaat de mogelijkheid dat de voorgaande of volgende deelfase desgevallend door een andere opdrachtnemer kan worden uitgevoerd. De desbetreffende deelopdracht zal aangeven over welke deelfasen het gaat. Het perceel omhelst projecten die vergelijkbaar zijn aan projecten die op basis van de KVIV norm in een klasse 1 en 2 geplaatst kunnen worden. De deelopdrachten binnen dit perceel kunnen één of meerdere van onderstaande deelfasen omvatten: 1. Opmaak schetsontwerp 2. Opmaak voorontwerp 3. Opmaak definitief ontwerp 4. Opmaak aanvraag omgevingsvergunning 5. Opmaak aanbestedingsdossier en volgen van de aanbestedingsprocedure 6. Opvolging van de uitvoering van de werken tot en met definitieve oplevering. Een totaalopdracht binnen dit perceel omvat alle voormelde fasen van opmaak schetsontwerp (1) tot en met definitieve oplevering van de werken (6). De technische en procesmatige complexiteit van de deelopdrachten zal verschillen per deelopdracht. Deze complexiteit wordt bij toekenning van de deelopdracht door de aanbestedende overheid geïdentificeerd aan de hand van een matrix. Op basis hiervan wordt het ereloon van de bewuste deelopdracht bepaald.

Description: Dit perceel betreft deelopdrachten die de opmaak van technische studies voor specifieke onderdelen binnen een publieke ruimte project, zoals bijvoorbeeld (zonder limitatief te willen zijn) de opmaak van een stabiliteitsstudie, de opmaak van een technisch (uitvoerings)ontwerp voor o.a. parkbruggen, keermuren, fietshellingen, geluidsmuren, te integreren erfgoedobjecten, enz. De kandidaten kunnen een aanvraag tot deelneming indienen voor één of meerdere of alle percelen. De aanvragen tot deelneming voor de verschillende percelen mogen in één document worden opgenomen. In de tweede fase (gunning) worden volgende regels gehanteerd: de inschrijvers zullen een offerte kunnen indienen voor één of meerdere of alle percelen. De offertes voor de verschillende percelen mogen in één document worden opgenomen. Voor alle percelen zullen dezelfde gunningscriteria gelden.
