Description: Furnizare de Carburanti - Motorina EURO 5 Diesel, pentru vehiculele din parcul circulant STB SA. Furnizare benzina fara plumb pe baza de card. Furnizarea motorinei se va efectua prin sistemul de monitorizare si alimentare cu carburanti al promitentului-achizitor, prin statiile de carburanti fixe si mobile din cele 10 locatii precizate in anexa nr. 2 la Acordul-cadru, si deasemenea pe baza de card prin statiile de carburant ale furnizorului, sau ale partenerilor situate pe teritoriul Romaniei. Furnizarea benzinei fara plumb se va efectua prin statiile de carburant ale furnizorului, sau ale partenerilor situate pe teritoriul Romaniei. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile. Termenul-limita in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare va fi cu 11 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul limita stabilit.

Description: Punctajul se acordă astfel: a) Se acordă punctajul maxim de 5 puncte, ofertei/ofertelor care prezintă cea mai mică intensitate a gazelor cu efect de seră, respectiv 5 puncte. b) Pentru oricare alt rezultat, punctajul se acorda astfel: Punctaj Tehnic oferta „n“ = (rezultat minim / rezultat oferta „n“) x 5 puncte. rezultat oferta „n“- valoarea intensității ofertate rezultat minim - cea mai mică valoare a intensității ofertată Intensitatea gazelor cu efect de seră, generate de furnizor pe durata ciclului de viață al emisiilor de gaze cu efect de seră, generată de tipul și cantitatea de motorină ce urmează să fie furnizată prin contract/acord-cadru să fie de maxim 94,1 gCO2eq/MJ. Ofertanții vor prezenta buletine/rapoarte de testare emise de organisme de evaluare a conformitatii acreditate conform Regulament 765/2008, conform Legii 99/2016, art. 169, din care sa reiasă valoarea intensitătii gazelor cu efect de seră generate, exprimate în grame de echivalent de dioxid de carbon pe MJ de carburant (gCO2eq/MJ), calculate, conform metodei de calcul prevazută în anexa la DIRECTIVA (UE) 2015/652 A CONSILIULUI din 20 aprilie 2015 de stabilire a metodelor de calcul și a cerințelor de raportare în temeiul Directivei 98/70/CE a Parlamentului European și a Consiliului, privind calitatea benzinei și a motorinei, respectiv Ordonanța de urgență nr. 80/2018 pentru stabilirea condițiilor de introducere pe piață a benzinei și motorinei, de introducere a unui mecanism de monitorizare și reducere a emisiilor de gaze cu efect de seră și de stabilire a metodelor de calcul și de raportare a reducerii emisiilor de gaze cu efect de seră. Pentru verificarea informațiilor și acordarea punctajelor aferente factorului de evaluare, buletinul/raportul de testare va cuprinde în clar valoarea intensitătii gazelor cu efect de seră, ce va fi mai mică de 94,1 gCO2eq/MJ.
