Justification for the duration of the framework agreement: De maximale looptijd van zes jaar wordt gemotiveerd door de aard en doelstellingen van de opdracht. De levering van elektrische heftrucks vindt gefaseerd plaats gedurende meerdere jaren op basis van oproep. Daarnaast wenst Meerlanden continuïteit in het gebruik, onderhoud en beheer van materieel te waarborgen en wisselingen van voertuigen en leveranciers voor het gebruikende personeel zoveel mogelijk te beperken. De langere looptijd stimuleert de opdrachtnemer bovendien om te investeren in kwalitatief hoogwaardige heftrucks en duurzaam onderhoud. Hiermee wordt een langere technische levensduur van de voertuigen bevorderd, wordt voortijdige vervanging voorkomen en worden grondstoffengebruik en afvalstromen verminderd. Tevens sluit de langere looptijd beter aan bij de beoogde levensduur van de heftrucks en een beoordeling op basis van de Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
