Description: Tijdens ontwerpwerkzaamheden in 2025 is vast komen te staan dat het bestaande kunstwerk De Witboom niet volgens de in het contract opgenomen wijze kan worden uitgebreid. Het is niet mogelijk gebleken om het kunstwerk op onderdelen aan de richtlijn RBK te laten voldoen zonder wijziging van de overeenkomst middels VTW’s. Uitvoering van de opdracht door een andere opdrachtnemer is om praktische en technische redenen niet mogelijk.
