Description: Execuţie lucrări pentru ”Reparaţie curentă ( R.C.) a Liniei Electrice Aeriene ( L.E.A.) 400 kV Mintia - Arad“, în conformitate cu cerinţele Proiectului Tehnic de Execuţie. Volumul de lucrări include proiectarea, fabricarea, furnizarea, testarea, ambalarea, transportul, livrarea la şantier a furniturii şi echipamentului precum şi execuţia lucrărilor de mentenanţă majoră RC LEA 400 kV Mintia - Arad. Lucrările de reparații solicitate sunt necesare asigurării, readucerii și menținerii LEA 400 kV Mintia - Arad la parametrii nominali de funcționare în condiții de siguranță. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor: 22 Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/ informatiilor suplimentare intr-o singura etapa, respectiv in a 11-a zi calendaristica inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractantă va răspunde doar la solicitările de clarificări adresate de operatorii economici până la termenul-limită stabilit, conform art. 29 alin.(3) din HG 394/ 2016.

Description: Punctajul pentru factorul de evaluare Perioada de garantie acordata lucrarii P(2), se acorda astfel: a) pentru cea mai lunga perioada de garantie (g maxim) se acorda 10 puncte; b) pentru alta durata de garantie, mai mica decat cea prevazuta la punctul a) se acorda punctajul astfel: P2n = (g ofertat/g max ) x 10 puncte. Perioada de garanţie minim acceptata (sub care oferta va fi considerata neconforma) este de 3 ani, iar perioada de garanţie maxima este de 10 ani. Peste perioada maxima de garanţie menţionată anterior, oferta nu va fi punctata suplimentar. Perioada de garanţie este de 3 ani în conformitate cu Legea nr. 10/1995 cu modificările și reactualizările ulterioare privind calitatea în construcții, art. 7 alin. (3). Perioada de garanție a lucrărilor în funcție de categoria de importanță ale construcțiilor stabilită potrivit legii va avea o durată minimă de 3 ani pentru construcțiile încadrate în categoria de importanță C conform HG 1231/2008 privind modificarea HG 766/1997, Anexa 3 Regulamentul privind stabilirea categoriei de importanță a construcțiilor și cu metodologia aprobată de MLPAT privind calitatea în construcții. Durata minimă a garanției lucrărilor va fi 3 ani pentru Categoria de importanță a Construcției (conform Legii nr. 163 din 21 iulie 2016). Ofertele ce incud o garanție mai mică de 3 ani vor fi declarate neconforme și vor fi respinse.
