Description: Executie Lucrari de intretinere periodica – Covoare asfaltice, Anul I-Anul IV- Lot 1-SDN Craiova, Lot 2-SDN Dr. Tr. Severin , Lot 3-SDN Tg. Jiu, Lot 4-SDN Rm. Valcea, Lot 5-SDN Slatina, Lot 6-SDN Orsova. Executantul va avea in sarcina executia de covoare asfaltice, executia de marcaje rutiere si completari acostamente pe sectoarele pe care s-au executat covoarele asfaltice. Precizari: 1. Garantia lucrarilor este de 36 luni (inclusiv marcaje) de la incheierea procesului verbal de receptie la terminarea lucrarilor, proces verbal semnat fara obiectiuni. 2. Nu este necesara obtinerea autorizatiei de construire. Nota: A) In temeiul art.160 alin 1 din Legea 98/2016, modificata si completata, termenul limita pana la care operatorii economici interesati de participarea la procedura de achizitie publica au dreptul de a solicita clarificari in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de 20 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. B) Conform obligatiei prevazute la art.160 alin 2 din Legea 98/2016, modificata si completata, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si concret la toate solicitarile de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificare transmisa dupa data mentionata la punctul A), va pune autoritatea contractanta in imposibilitatea de a oferi un raspuns in termenul mentionat la punctul B) si drept urmare orice solicitare de clarificare in afara termenelor mentionate se va considera tardiva. C) Atat solicitarile de clarificari ale operatorilor economici in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire, cat si raspunsul autorităţii contractante la solicitările de clarificări sau informaţii suplimentare, primite în condiţiile art. 160 alin. (1) din Lege, se postează în SEAP la secţiunea specifică, disponibilă în sistemul informatic.

Conditiile tehnice de calitate a marcajelor rutiere sunt cuprinse in „CAIETUL DE SARCINI lucrari de „Marcaje rutiere executate pe reteaua de drumuri nationale si autostrazi”. Pentru siguranta circulatiei se vor respecta „Normele Metodologice emise de Ministerul de Interne si Ministerul Transporturilor cu nr. 1112/411 din 04.04.2000 si nr. 08.06.2000" privind conditiile de inchidere a circulatiei si de instituire a restrictiilor de circulatie in vederea executarii de lucrari in zona drumului public. Pe timpul lucrarilor se vor semnaliza corespunzator punctele de lucru, iar dirijarea circulatiei se va face cu piloti de circulatie pe timpul executiei lucrarilor.

Pe sectoarele de drum pe care se vor executa covoare asfaltice se vor executa marcaje rutiere permanente in strat gros (termoplastic), fiind precedate de marcaje provizorii in strat subtire (temporar). Marcajele rutiere au ca scop organizarea circulatiei, avertizarea sau ghidarea participantilor la trafic rutier si pot fi utilizate solidar sau in combinatie cu alte mijloace de semnalizare pentru a consolida sau a clarifica semnificatia acestora. Conditiile tehnice de calitate a marcajelor rutiere sunt cuprinse in „CAIETUL DE SARCINI lucrari de „Marcaje rutiere executate pe reteaua de drumuri nationale si autostrazi”. Pentru siguranta circulatiei se vor respecta „Normele Metodologice emise de Ministerul de Interne si Ministerul Transporturilor cu nr. 1112/411 din 04.04.2000 si nr. 08.06.2000" privind conditiile de inchidere a circulatiei si de instituire a restrictiilor de circulatie in vederea executarii de lucrari in zona drumului public.
