Es wird mit dieser Vertragsänderung folgendes hinzugefügt:
Anlage Nr. 1 Preisblatt der 4. Vertragsergänzung wird ergänzt durch zusätzliches Angebot
der Firma CalCon vom 22.10.2025
Die zusätzlichen REA Leistungen im Angebot der Firma CalCon vom 22.10.2025 ergänzen
die REA Leistungen aus der 4. Vertragsergänzung in Höhe von max. 60 PT für 2025
um zusätzliche 29 PT a 950,00€ zzgl. Reisekosten.
Die Summe der Änderung beträgt:
REA Leistungen: 29 PT * 950,00 € netto = 27.550,00 € netto
Reisekosten pro Tag: 29 * 295,00 € netto = 8.555,00 € netto
Gesamtkosten = 36.105,00 € netto.</efbc:ChangeDescription></efac:Change><efac:ChangeReason><cbc:ReasonCode listName="modification-justification">mod-nons</cbc:ReasonCode><efbc:ReasonDescription languageID="DEU">Die Vertragsanpassung ist erforderlich, da der tatsächliche Aufwand bei der Erfassung komplexer Liegenschaften im Rahmen der Pilotphase deutlich höher war als ursprünglich kalkuliert. Die Firma CalCon ist bereits in das Projekt eingearbeitet, wodurch ein Anbieterwechsel zu erheblichen Doppelarbeiten, Zeitverzögerungen und Mehrkosten führen würde. Es handelt sich um eine technisch-funktionale Fortsetzung der bestehenden Leistungen, die innerhalb der zulässigen 10%-Grenze gemäß § 132 Abs. 3 GWB
