Description: De scope van deze opdracht bestaat uit: • Het leveren en beheren van een SAAS VTH applicatie, inclusief alle bijbehorende koppelingen. Hieronder valt: o Implementatie van de applicatie (o.a. installatie, inrichting, opleiding en realiseren koppelingen); o Migratie van actieve (lopende) zaken vanuit het huidige zaaksysteem Mozard. o Hosting van de software; o Technisch beheer, waaronder updates, upgrades en beheer van de koppelingen; o Functionele ondersteuning. • De oplossing wordt geacht in te spelen op de Omgevingswet en Wkb en alle ontwikkelingen gericht op de toekomst. De Oplossing wordt zoveel mogelijk standaard aangeleverd door de Inschrijver, maar is zelf aan te passen of te configureren door de (functioneel) beheerders van de Aanbestedende dienst. Het betreft het ondersteunen en uitvoeren van de processen Vergunningen, Toezicht en Handhaving (VTH). Hieronder verstaan we de processen in het kader van de Omgevingswet, de APV en bijzondere wetten. In onderstaande tabel zijn deze processen weergegeven. Het betreft een applicatie voor 80 users met een omvang van 1,5 mio over een periode van maximaal 10 jaar
