Teleorman); - 4 cm strat de uzura din beton asfaltic BA16 - 6 cm strat de legatura din beton asfaltic deschis BAD20 - preluare denivelari din beton asfaltic deschis BAD20 - frezare/plombari/reparatii degradari Ia mixtura rutiera existenta Pe sectoarele cu tasari locale, burdusiri, cedari de margine, se va reface integral structura rutiera existenta avand urmatoarele straturi: - 4 cm strat de uzura din beton asfaltic BA16 - 6 cm strat de legatura din beton asfaltic deschis BAD20 - element pentru lmpiedicarea transmiterii fisurilor (geocompozit) L=1,0 m - 20 cm strat de agregate naturale stabilizate cu lianti hidraulici - 30 cm strat de fundatie de balast Operatorii economici vor putea solicita clarificari/informatii suplimentare privind documentatia de atribuire pana la termenul de 19 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor astfel incat raspunsul autoritatii contractante sa fie transmis cu cel putin 11 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.

Description: Autoritatea contractanta considera un termen de garantie realist, acel termen care este situat intre minimul de 36 luni si maximul de 60 luni. Va obține punctajul maxim garantia tehnica acordata lucrarilor cu durata cea mai lunga. Pentru alte durate se va utiliza formula: PGTL (n) = (GTL (n) / GTL (cea mai mare ) x 15 puncte Unde, PGTL (n) - punctajul ofertei pentru factorul de evaluare „ Garantia tehnica acordata lucrarilor” GTL (cea mai mare) – garantia tehnica a lucrarilor cea mai mare GTL (n)- garantia tehnica a lucrarilor ofertata in cadrul ofertei al carei punctaj se calculeaza Orice oferta care nu respecta minimul impus de 36 luni va fi respinsa ca neconforma. Pentru un termen de garantie al executiei lucrarilor de 36 luni ofertat, se acorda zero puncte. Nicio garantie care depaste 60 de luni, nu va fi punctata suplimentar fata de punctajul maxim aferent subfactorului de evaluare - 15 de puncte. Termenul va fi exprimat in luni. Garantia ofertata va fi continuta de o declaratie intocmita pe propria raspundere a ofertantului, sub sanctiunile aplicabile faptei de fals in acte publice.
