Description of selection criterion: Nachweis von mindestens drei Referenzprojekten mit vergleichbarer Leistung innerhalb der letzten drei Jahre (Stichtag: Ende der Angebotsfrist). Als vergleichbar werden angesehen: Planungsleistungen (Tragwerksplanung) im Zusammenhang mit dem Neubau von Wohngebäuden mit mindestens 10 Wohneinheiten mit Baukosten (KG 300, 400) i. H. v. mind. EUR 5,0 Mio. netto (zum Tage der Angebotsfrist mindestens vollständige Erbringung der LPH 3-6) oder vergleichbar komplexen Objekten.

Description of selection criterion: Nachweis über das Bestehen einer Berufshaftpflicht-/Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung; Deckungssumme min. EUR 5,0 Mio. jeweils für Personen- und sonstige Schäden (Sach- und Vermögensschäden) oder Zusage eines Versicherungsunternehmens, wonach die Deckungssummen im Auftragsfalle auf EUR 5,0 Mio. erhöht werden können.
