Title: Dynamisch Aankoop Systeem voor de Opslag van Interventieproducten mageremelkpoeder (MMP) en boter
Description: De aard van de opdrachten die onder het DAS worden weggezet betreffen de Opslag van de Interventieproducten vallend onder Perceel 1: mageremelkpoeder en Perceel 2: boter. Onder Opslag wordt in het kort verstaan het daadwerkelijk opslaan van het betreffende product en de daarbij behorende dienstverlening. Dit conform de eisen, voorwaarden en condities die in dit Aanbestedingsdocument, inclusief bijlagen en -t.z.t.- in de Uitnodiging tot Inschrijving zijn en worden gesteld. Het doel van Aanbestedende dienst is om voldoende Opslagcapaciteit (zowel ruimte als dienstverlening) beschikbaar te hebben als de Europese Commissie besluit dat een Interventie in de markt noodzakelijk is. Binnen de scope van de uit te voeren opdrachten voortvloeiend uit het DAS valt de volgende dienstverlening: • Het opslaan van Interventieproducten MMP (Perceel 1) en/of boter (Perceel 2); Per Perceel: de zgn. ‘handling van producten’, dit gaat om de volgende diensten: i. In-, Op- en Uitslag van de producten; ii. het in een optimale conditie houden van de producten; iii. het voeren van een administratie voor o.a. rapportage doeleinden; iv. het verlenen van de nodige medewerking aan o.a. controles door Opdrachtgever. Als de marktprijs van de Interventieproducten onder een door de Europese Commissie bepaalde interventieprijs zakt, of daar bijna onder zakt, zal Opdrachtgever een Offerteprocedure starten met betrekking tot de productgroep van een Perceel. Na het afronden van de Offerteprocedure zal Opdrachtgever overgaan tot het sluiten van één of meerdere Overeenkomsten per Perceel waarbinnen de Interventieproducten dienen te worden opgeslagen.
