(p. 25/40) Gelieve te lezen: - De leveringstermijn zal maximaal 12 kalenderweken bedragen per bestelling per post. De leveringstermijn gaat in vanaf de datum vermeld op de bestelbrief (cfr procedure in Par 12.b.). Voor grotere bestellingen zal de leveringstermijn maximaal 24 kalenderweken bedragen. - De leveringstermijn wordt opgeschort tijdens de sluitingsperiode van de onderneming van de leverancier voor de jaarlijkse betaalde vakantiedagen en de inhaalrustdagen die op reglementaire wijze of in een algemeen bindende collectieve arbeidsovereenkomst werden bepaald, op voorwaarde dat deze in vak 5 van Bijl A expliciet vermeld worden. In plaats van: - De leveringstermijn bedraagt maximaal dertig (30) kalenderdagen ingaand daags na het verzenden van de bestelbrief (cfr procedure in Par 12.b.) voor standaardbestellingen. - Uitzonderlijk en enkel voor dringende bestellingen moet de inschrijver in staat zijn de levering uit te voeren binnen vijf (5) werkdagen ingaand daags na het verzenden van de bestelbrief (cfr procedure in Par 12.b.). - De leveringstermijn wordt opgeschort tijdens de sluitingsperiode van de onderneming van de leverancier voor de jaarlijkse betaalde vakantiedagen en de inhaalrustdagen die op reglementaire wijze of in een algemeen bindende collectieve arbeidsovereenkomst werden bepaald, op voorwaarde dat deze in vak 5 van Bijl A expliciet vermeld worden.
