Description: De aanbestedende overheid wil een dienstverlener de organisatie en het beheer toevertrouwen van een hulploket voor de gegevensinvoer van aanvraagdossiers voor vergunning tot werkzaamheden of voor de goedkeuring ervan in het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest. De organisatie van een dergelijk loket is bedoeld om te voldoen aan de wettelijke verplichtingen die voortvloeien uit de regelgeving inzake wegenbouwplaatsen en om de klanten van de administratie een kwalitatieve openbare dienstverlening te bieden. Het gaat dus echt om eerstelijns openbare dienstverlening. Het loket is uitsluitend bestemd voor niet-institutionele verzoekers en voor burgers die een vergunning of een goedkeuring wensen te verkrijgen voor de bezetting van de openbare weg in het Brussels Gewest.
