Description: Innerhalb eines neu erschlossenen Baufeldes für ca. 600-700 Wohnungen wird auf einem städtischen Grundstück eine 3-zügige Grundschule mit einer Einfeldsporthalle und eine Kindertagseinrichtung mit 5 Gruppen errichtet. Insgesamt entsteht ein Schulnbeubau mit ca. 6.400 m² BGF auf einem Grundstück von ca. 5.700 m². Der Schulneubau ist 4- geschossig in einer Holz-Beton Hybridbauweise geplant. Dabei besteht das Tragwerk im EG und für alle Treppenhäuser aus ST Beton. Alle anderen Tragelemente sind Holzskeletkonstruktionen mit 14cm Betonauflagen in Deckenebene. Die Außenwände sind für das gesamte Gebäude in vorgefertigten Holzrahmenbauelementen mit Vorverglasung geplant, um möglichst schnell einen baudichten Zustand für den Innenausbau zu erreichen. Die Außenbekleidung besteht überwiegend aus Holzschalung, teils Keramik.
