Description: Der Wupperverband plant den Neubau eines Betriebshofs mit Verwaltung und Werkstätten an der Bever-Talsperre in Hückeswagen. Hierzu wurde ein Teil der bestehenden Gebäude abgerissen. Die Neubauten entstehen an gleicher Stelle. Der Verwaltungsbereich ist als Massivbau, die Werkstätten als Stahlbauten geplant. Zusätzlich werden Teile der Außenanlagen neu gestaltet.
