De start van de lessen kan per school licht variëren. (De exacte uren zijn terug te vinden in BIJLAGE F: Uren voor- en naschoolse opvang - NA te KIJKEN & AAN TE VULLEN!) De voor- en naschoolse kinderopvang (ongeveer 180 effectieve schooldagen) valt binnen de opdracht. Eveneens op pedagogische studiedagen?? (Weglaten? Of facultatieve verlofdagen?) Het huidige personeelsbestand dat nu de voor- en naschoolse opvang in de scholen organiseert dient overgenomen te worden met minimaal behoud van gelijkwaardige arbeidsvoorwaarden, inclusief extralegale voordelen, zoals opgenomen in hun respectievelijke individuele arbeidsovereenkomsten en de geldende rechtspositieregeling. (Zie bijlage F: ‘Uitgewerkte salarisschalen op D en E - BIJLAGEN NA TE KIJKEN EN AAN TE VULLEN!!) Ook het personeel van de niet-gemeentelijke scholen dient overgenomen te worden met minimaal het behoud van gelijkwaardige arbeidsvoorwaarden, inclusief extralegale voordelen, zoals opgenomen in hun respectievelijke individuele arbeidsovereenkomsten. Een lijst van al het personeel met hun huidige statuten en verloningen vindt u in: ‘Bijlage E: Overzicht Opvang Niet Gemeentelijke Scholen.’ 2. De vakantieopvang van de kleuters dient vanaf de herfstvakantie 2027 georganiseerd te worden op 3 locaties. Hiervoor kan gebruik gemaakt worden van de infrastructuur in de hieronder beschreven basisscholen van Zaventem, Sterrebeek en Sint-Stevens-Woluwe. Voor Zaventem kijken we naar 1 van de drie niet-gemeentelijke basisscholen in Zaventem om dit te organiseren in De Vleugel of in een ZAVO basisschool. 1. GO!
