Conditions relating to the performance of the contract: Dobava električne energije se bo izvajala v obdobju 2027–2028 za merilna mesta naročnika, navedena v dokumentaciji v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila, po tarifah VT, MT oziroma ET. Najmanj 55 % dobavljene električne energije mora biti pridobljene iz obnovljivih virov energije. Dobavitelj mora izpolnjevanje te zahteve dokazovati z razveljavitvijo ustrezne količine potrdil o izvoru na ime naročnika. Podrobni pogoji dobave, obračunavanja, dokazovanja izvora električne energije in druge obveznosti dobavitelja so določeni v dokumentaciji v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila in vzorcu pogodbe.
