Title: Lucrări de construcții (Pachet 2) obiectiv de investiții "SPITAL REGIONAL DE URGENȚĂ IAȘI"
Description: Obiectul contractului constă în execuția lucrărilor de construcții (pachet 2) pentru realizarea obiectivului de investiții "SPITAL REGIONAL DE URGENȚĂ IAȘI", respectiv : Obiectivul propus, cu functiunea spital regional de urgenta este complexde constructii, distincte din punct de vedere structural, 2S+P+5E+6 retras, doua niveluri subterane dintre care unul partial (subsol -2) ce gazduieste spatii tehnice, parter, 5 etaje superioare si un etaj tehnic. La acestea se adauga lucrarile de amenajare exterioara in perimetrul amplasamentului, foraje geotermale, dotarea cu echipamente medicale grele, heliport, parc fotovoltaic, precum si racordarile la retelele de utlitati publice si drumuri din zona. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea 98/2016 cu modificările si completările ulterioare, Autoritatea Contractantă stabilește două termene limită în care operatorii economici pot adresa solicitări de clarificare, respectiv două termene-limită în care aceasta va răspunde tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/ informațiilor suplimentare, după cum urmează: Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătura cu documentația de atribuire Sunt stabilite 2 termene pentru solicitări de clarificări, respectiv 2 termene pentru răspsuns la solicitări de clarificări. Termene pentru solicitari de clarificari: I – 45 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor II – 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări in: I – 30 zile înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor II – 11 zile înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
