Description: Predmet javnega naročila je izvajanje strokovnih nalog s področja varnosti in zdravja pri delu, ki jih opravlja zunanji strokovni sodelavec v skladu z Zakonom o varnosti in zdravju pri delu (ZVZD-1; Uradni list RS, št. 43/11), Resolucijo o nacionalnem programu varnosti in zdravja pri delu 2018–2027 (Uradni list RS, št. 23/18) ter pripadajočimi podzakonskimi predpisi. Predmet naročila obsega tudi izvajanje nalog varstva pred požarom v skladu z Zakonom o varstvu pred požarom, Zakonom o gasilstvu in pripadajočimi podzakonskimi predpisi ter strokovno obravnavo poškodb pri delu javnih uslužbencev in zaprtih oseb. V okviru 6. in 7. sklopa predmet naročila obsega tudi izvajanje obdobnih preiskav škodljivosti v delovnem okolju, in sicer meritve elektromagnetnih polj in sevanj ter umetnih optičnih sevanj, v skladu z: • Uredbo o varovanju delavcev pred tveganji zaradi izpostavljenosti elektromagnetnim sevanjem; • Uredbo o varovanju delavcev pred tveganji zaradi izpostavljenosti umetnim optičnim sevanjem (Uradni list RS, št. 34/10 in 43/11 – ZVZD-1); • Pravilnikom o dovoljenjih za opravljanje strokovnih nalog na področju varnosti pri delu; ter drugimi veljavnimi predpisi in pravili stroke, ki urejajo izvajanje navedenih meritev in presojo izpostavljenosti delavcev.

Main reason for change: Buyer correction
Description: Naročnik spreminja in dopolnjuje dokumentacijo v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila. Predmet javnega naročila se razdeli na sedem sklopov. Iz dosedanjih sklopov 1–5 se izločijo meritve elektromagnetnih polj in sevanj ter umetnih optičnih sevanj v delovnem okolju, ki se oblikujejo kot samostojna 6. in 7. sklop. Ustrezno se spremenijo ponudbeni predračuni, povzetek ponudbenega predračuna in tehnične specifikacije. Za nova sklopa se določijo posebni pogoji glede zahtevanih dovoljenj, referenčni pogoj pa velja izključno za sklope 1–5. Objavijo se tudi usklajen vzorec okvirnega sporazuma ter spremenjeni in novi obrazci. Merila za oddajo javnega naročila ostajajo nespremenjena in veljajo za vseh sedem sklopov. Podrobnejše spremembe so razvidne iz objavljenega popravka razpisne dokumentacije in priloženih dokumentov. Vsa druga določila razpisne dokumentacije ostajajo nespremenjena.
