Justification for the accelerated procedure: VAATC, pasikeitus atliekų tvarkymo aplinkybėms susidūrė su neatidėliotinu poreikiu įsigyti degiųjų atliekų tvarkymo paslaugas. 20260710 VAATC perėmus mechaninio biologinio apdorojimo įrenginių operatoriaus funkcijas ir nuo 20260910 į šiuos įrenginius grąžinus dalį mišrių komunalinių atliekų srauto, kartu tvarkant anksčiau sukauptas atliekas, padidėjo degiųjų atliekų kiekis. Esamų sutartinių pajėgumų nepakanka, o galimybės atliekas sandėliuoti yra išnaudotos. Siekiant laiku sudaryti sutartį ir užtikrinti nepertraukiamą degiųjų atliekų tvarkymą, vadovaujantis VPĮ 60 str. 3 d., taikoma pagreitinta tarptautinio atviro konkurso procedūra
