Description: Objektet avser etapp 2 av MKB:s nyproduktion av flerbostadshus på fastigheten Heliotropen 6 i Malmö. Denna upphandling är en övergång från öppet förfarande till förhandlat förfarande med föregående annonsering (6 kap. 6 § LOU). Detta med anledning av att inkomna anbud har bedömts som oacceptabla, då de inte inryms inom projektets budget. Det ursprungliga upphandlingsunderlaget har kompletterats med bilagor "ÄndringsPM_NY100136" samt "Frågor och svar under anbudstid". Ansökan att delta i upphandlingen med det förhandlade förfarandet görs genom insändande av ifyllt anbudsansökansformulär med angivande av anbudspris beaktat av de ändringar som framgår av bilaga "ÄndringsPM_NY100136". Anbudssökande som uppfyller ställda krav och bedöms kunna komma i fråga för tilldelning av kontrakt med utgångspunkt från anbudssökandes offererade anbud i förhållande till MKB:s fastställda målbudget kommer att kallas till förhandling för att därefter få möjlighet att inkomma med ett slutligt anbud. Slutliga anbud kommer att utvärderas i enlighet med i förfrågningsunderlaget angiven utvärderingsmodell.
