Das wirtschaftlichste Angebot wird nach dem besten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ermittelt. Hierfür werden insgesamt 1000 Punkte verteilt. 900 Punkte erhält das Angebot mit dem günstigsten Brutto-Endpreis (ggf. abzgl. Skonto). Die übrigen Angebote erhalten im Verhältnis weniger Punkte. Genauere Informationen sind der Leistungsbeschreibung zu entnehmen. Die übrigen maximal zu erreichenden 100 Punkte werden auf qualitätsbezogene Kriterien gemäß der Anlage B "Anlage B Punktebewertung-Mähdrescher PSD" verteilt. Conditions relating to the performance of the contract: Der Auftragnehmer bietet folgende Serviceleistungen: - Ankunft von Monteur innerhalb von einem Werktag nach Schadensmeldung am Standort des Mähdreschers (innerhalb NRW). - Lieferung von Ersatzteilen innerhalb von einem Werktag nach Schadensmeldung. Für den Zeitraum der Gewährleistung sind diese für den Auftraggeber kostenfrei - Die Maschine muss spätestens am 15. Juni 2027 einsatzbereit an die Versuchsstation Landwirtschaftskammer Nordrhein-Westfalen, Gartenstrasse 11, PSD, Fachbereich 62, 50170 Köln Auweiler ausgeliefert werden -> Wenn der Liefertermin nicht eingehalten werden kann, ist eine vergleichbare versicherte Maschine unentgeltlich für den Zeitraum bis zur Lieferung der bestellten Maschine am Lieferort bereitzustellen. Der Auftragnehmer informiert unverzüglich die Auftraggeberin, wenn er weiß, dass der Liefertermin nicht eingehalten werden kann

Information about review deadlines: Sieht sich ein am Auftrag interessiertes Unternehmen durch Nichtbeachtung von Vergabevorschriften in seinen Rechten verletzt, ist ein Verstoß innerhalb einer Frist von 10 Kalendertagen gegenüber dem Auftraggeber zu rügen (§ 160 III Nr. 1.
