Title: Kivi- ja maa-aineksen puitesopimus
Description: Puolustusvoimien logistiikkalaitos (jäljempänä Hankintayksikkö) pyytää tarjoustanne Kivi- ja maa-aineksen toimituksista Uudenmaan prikaatin ja Panssariprikaatin tarpeisiin, tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Kummankin joukko-osaston tarpeeseen valitaan yksi tai kaksi toimittajaa ja valittujen toimittajien kanssa tehdään puitesopimus joukko-osaston (jäljempänä tilaaja) käyttöön. Tarjouspyynnön kivi- ja maa-ainesten määrät ovat arvioituja yhteenlaskettuja määriä koko sopimuskaudelle, sopimuksen allekirjoittamisesta neljän (4) vuoden ajaksi ja ne voivat sopimuksen aikana ylittyä tai alittua arvioidusta. Tilattavan aineksen todellista määrää ei pystytä kertomaan tarkemmin, koska alueiden kunnostustyöt riippuvat siihen myönnetyistä määrärahoista ja alueiden käytöstä. Tilaajan yhteyshenkilöt tilaavat tarpeen ilmaantuessa erillisten tilausten perusteella sopimuksen mukaisia tuotteita valituilta toimittajilta.

Tämä hankinta ei sisällä energiatehokkuuden vaatimuksia. Tarjouksen laatimisesta ja jättämisestä, esittelystä tai muusta menettelyyn osallistumisesta ei makseta tarjoajille korvausta. Tarjoaja vastaa itse sille tarjouskilpailuun osallistumisesta aiheutuvista kustannuksista. Tarjouksen liitteet tulee toimittaa suomen kielellä. Ennen tarjousten käsittelyä tarkastetaan, täyttävätkö tarjoajat hankintayksikön asettamat soveltuvuusvaatimukset. Tarjouskilpailusta suljetaan pois ne tarjoajat, jotka eivät täytä soveltuvuusvaatimuksia tai joita koskevat hankintalain 80 §:ssä ilmoitetut poissulkemisperusteet. Tarjouskilpailusta voidaan sulkea myös tarjoaja, jota koskee hankintalain 81 §:ssä mainitut poissulkemisperusteet. Hankinnan vaiheet ovat seuraavat: 1.
