Description: Neubau einer 4. Reinigungsstufe u. Kanalbetriebshof EMSR Technik Die Kläranlage Neckarsulm hat eine Ausbaugröße von 200.000 EW und behandelt kommunales und industrielles Abwasser. Das mechanisch und biologisch gereinigte Abwasser wird in die Sulm geleitet. Aufgrund immer strengeren Grenzwerten für die Einleitung des behandelten Abwassers wird die Kläranlage Neckarsulm um eine Reinigungsstufe zur Spurenstoffentfernung (4. Reinigungsstufe) erweitert. Mit der neuen Reinigungsstufe können ausgewählte Spurenstoffe zu 80% entfernt werden und die Gesamtphosphorkonzentration im Jahresmittel von 0,2 mg/l eingehalten werden. Durch die Erweiterung der Kläranlage um eine 4. Reinigungsstufe soll die Gewässerqualität der Sulm in Bezug auf Phosphor- und den Eintrag von Spurenstoffen deutlich verbessert werden. Als Verfahren wird das Ulmer Verfahren im SBR-Reaktor zum ersten Mal umgesetzt. Hierbei wird der Ablauf der Nachklärung in vier SBR-Reaktoren mit Pulveraktivkohle, Fäll- und Flockungshilfsmitteln versetzt und gerührt. Die Spurenstoffe werden durch Adsorption an Aktivkohle entfernt. Nach der Reaktionszeit wird das gereinigte Abwasser mittels Sedimentation abgesetzt und über einen Dekanter abgezogen. Um den Partikelrückhalt zu gewährleisten, wird dem Verfahren ein Filterstufe mit 4 Tuchfiltern nachgeschaltet. Die Wahl des Verfahrens ergab sich aus der Machbarkeitsstudie und einem anschließenden Forschungsprojekt, in dem die Betriebsweise des Verfahrens untersucht wurde. Im Rahmen der Baumaßnahme der 4. Reinigungsstufe werden folgende Bauwerke neu gebaut oder umgebaut: · Erweiterung des Ablaufbauwerks um ein Schachtbauwerk mit Überfallschwelle · Anpassung der Ablaufleitung NKB · Zu- und Ablaufgerinne zur 4. Reinigungsstufe · Pumpenvorlage und Gebäude für Pumpen und Warte · SBR-Reaktoren mit einem Pumpwerk für Überschusskohle und Betriebsmittel · Pulveraktivkohlesilo · Tuchfiltration · Erdverlegte Rohrleitungen und Kabeltiefbau · Erweiterung bestehende Fällmittelstation und · WHG-Fläche · Neue Trafostation · Außenanlagen inklusive neuer Toranlage für die · Zufahrt Während der Baumaßenahme der 4. Reinigungsstufe muss die Funktionsfähigkeit der Kläranlage ständig aufrechterhalten werden. Dies ist vor allem beim Umschluss der Nachklärbeckenleitung an das erweiterte Ablaufbauwerk zu berücksichtigen. Eine enge Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung und dem Kläranlagenpersonal zur Minimierung der Außerbetriebnahmezeiten bestimmter Anlagenteile, insbesondere in der ersten Bauphase, ist hier zwingend erforderlich. Im gleichen Zuge plant der Abwasserzweckverband Unteres Sulmtal den Neubau eines Kanalbetriebshofs. Mit dieser Maßnahme wird ein zentraler Standort für alle Mitarbeitenden geschaffen sowie für sämtliche Gerätschaften, die für den Unterhalt des Kanalnetzes notwendig sind. Dadurch ergibt sich eine klare räumliche Trennung zwischen Kanalbetrieb und Kläranlagenbetrieb. Des Weiteren ergeben sich Raumkapazitäten für neue Mitarbeitende. Im Rahmen der Baumaßnahme des Kanalbetriebshof werden folgende Maßnahmen umgesetzt: · neues Gebäude Kanalbetriebshof · Abtropfplatz · Außenanlagen inklusive Parkplätzen Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung bildet die Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme der für die Maßnahme - Bau 4. Reinigungsstufeund Kanalbetriebshof - erforderlichen elektrotechnischen Komponenten, im Wesentlichen folgende Bauwerke bzw.
