Title: Inhuur facilitaire middelen (studio en regie)
Description: De opdracht heeft als voorwerp het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor de tijdelijke terbeschikkingstelling van facilitaire middelen ter ondersteuning van audiovisuele producties van VRT. VRT realiseert jaarlijks een brede waaier aan audiovisuele producties, waaronder televisieprogramma's, radioproducties, online content, livestreams, evenementen en bijzondere productieprojecten. Om flexibel te kunnen inspelen op wisselende productiebehoeften en capaciteitsvragen wenst VRT beroep te kunnen doen op externe facilitaire partners voor de huur van gespecialiseerde productie-infrastructuur en bijhorende dienstverlening. De opdracht is onderverdeeld in drie percelen die betrekking hebben op regie-infrastructuur, studio-infrastructuur en geïntegreerde studio- en regiefaciliteiten. Het is voor inschrijvers toegestaand om voor één of meerdere percelen in te schrijven: ? Perceel 1: Inhuur Regie-infrastructuur; ? Perceel 2: Inhuur Studio-infrastructuur; ? Perceel 3: Inhuur Studio-infrastructuur met bijhorende regie. Per perceel wordt een pool van gekwalificeerde opdrachtnemers (max 7 opdrachtnemers per perceel : zie alinea 'selectiebeperking') geselecteerd waarmee een raamovereenkomst wordt gesloten. Voor iedere concrete behoefte zal VRT de geselecteerde opdrachtnemers binnen het betreffende perceel opnieuw consulteren via een minicompetitie overeenkomstig de bepalingen opgenomen in dit bestek.. De raamovereenkomst bepaalt de voorwaarden waarbinnen toekomstige deelopdrachten zullen worden geplaatst, maar houdt geen exclusiviteit of afnameverplichting in. VRT verstrekt geen garantie met betrekking tot het aantal deelopdrachten, de af te nemen volumes, de omzet of de waarde van de opdrachten die gedurende de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst zullen worden geplaatst. De opdrachtnemers kunnen aan deze raamovereenkomst geen recht op een minimale afname of omzet ontlenen.

Description: Dit perceel omvat de terbeschikkingstelling van mobiele en vaste regieoplossingen voor audiovisuele producties, waaronder regiewagens, vaste regies en opbouw-regies. De regie-infrastructuur wordt geleverd inclusief het noodzakelijke key personeel dat vereist is om de installaties operationeel inzetbaar te maken en de goede werking ervan te verzekeren. Indien vereist kan aanvullend operationeel personeel worden aangeboden. VRT behoudt zich het recht voor om bepaalde operationele functies zelf in te vullen. De middelen binnen dit perceel kunnen worden ingezet voor studio-, EFP-, multicamera-, event- en liveproducties.
