Sovellus toteutetaan osana EU-rahoitteista DTC (Digital Travel Credentials) -projektia. Hankinta sisältää mobiilisovelluksen vaatimusmäärittelyn, arkkitehtuurisuunnittelun, ohjelmistokehityksen, integraatioiden toteuttamisen, testauksen, dokumentoinnin, käyttöön-oton, pilotoinnin aikaiset tuki- ja ylläpitopalvelut sekä hankkeen aikana tarvittavan jatkokehityksen.
