Title: Maatschappelijke begeleiding
Description: De maatschappelijke begeleiding wordt aangeboden aan statushouders van 18 jaar en ouder die aan de gemeente Eindhoven zijn gekoppeld en zelfstandig worden gehuisvest via de taakstelling. Inwonende minderjarige kinderen kunnen ondersteuning nodig hebben, maar het begeleiden van kinderen is primair de verantwoordelijkheid van de ouders. Om deze reden richt de maatschappelijke begeleiding zich op de ouders, zodat zij hun kinderen goed kunnen ondersteunen. Maatschappelijke begeleiding bestaat uit de volgende vier modules: Maatschappelijke begeleiding, financiële zelfredzaamheid en welkomstprogramma; Maatschappelijke begeleiding 18-/18+; Jongerenpunt; Juridisch informatiepunt.

Title: Sociale activering
Description: De gemeente Eindhoven is overtuigd van het belang van een duale aanpak vanaf de start van het inburgeringstraject. Dit geldt ook voor statushouders die deelnemen aan de Z-route (en uitzonderingen binnen de B1-route), waarvoor het reguliere participatie instrumentarium (o.a. via Ergon en WIJeindhoven) (nog) niet toegankelijk is door individuele omstandigheden, ontbrekende taalvaardigheden of een lage leerbaarheid. Voor deze groep inburgeraars zetten we vroegtijdig Sociale Activering in om hen te activeren en te ondersteunen richting participatie. Zo ontdekken deze inburgeraars hun eigen mogelijkheden om mee te kunnen doen in Eindhoven. Door actieve deelname aan groepsactiviteiten en vormen van (begeleide) participatie vergroten inburgeraars hun kennis ten aanzien van verschillende leefgebieden, leren zij Eindhoven beter kennen, vergroten zij hun sociale netwerk en daarmee ook hun zelfredzaamheid. Sociale activering bestaat uit de volgende twee modules: Sociale Activering (groepsactiviteiten en individuele activiteiten); Empowerment vrouwen.
