En cas d’interposició de Recurs especial en matèria de contractació, no podrà interposar-se Recurs Contenciós-Administratiu en tant que no recaigui resolució expressa o s’entengui desestimat el Recurs especial en matèria de contractació per silenci administratiu negatiu.
