Der geschuldete Leistungsumfang gliedert sich in folgende Leistungsblöcke: Leistungsblock A - Foundational Services Leistungsblock B - Enhanced Solutions: Enhanced Designated Engineering (EDE) Maßgeblich ist die als Anhang 1 zur Leistungsbeschreibung beigefügte "Unified Enterprise Support Services Description (USSD)", deutsche Fassung (Stand: November 2025).
