Justification for the duration of the framework agreement: De aanbestedende dienst acht deze afwijking van artikel 2.140 lid 3 van de Aanbestedingswet gerechtvaardigd. De opdrachtnemer dient gedurende de contractperiode te investeren in apparatuur ten behoeve van de uitvoering van de opdracht. Gelet op de economische levensduur, afschrijvingstermijn en terugverdientijd van deze apparatuur is een langere looptijd noodzakelijk om een doelmatige en kostenefficiënte uitvoering van de opdracht mogelijk te maken.
