Description: Kanta-Hämeen hyvinvointialue, Oma Hämeen Tukipalvelut Oy ja Kiinteistö Oy Onesto (myöhemmin myös Tilaaja) pyytää tarjouksia vakuutusturvasta ja siihen liittyvistä palveluista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Kanta-Hämeen hyvinvointialueen, Oma Hämeen Tukipalvelut Oy:n ja Kiinteistö Oy Oneston vakuutusturva ja sen laajuus on kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteissä. Ensimmäinen vakuutuskausi on 1.4.2027-31.12.2027 (työtapaturma- ja ammattitautivakuutus 1.7.2027 alkaen). Tämän jälkeen vakuutuskausi on kalenterivuosi. Tarjous jätetään alkaen täydestä kalenterivuodesta (2027). Hankintayksiköllä on oikeus vakuutuskausien aikana kilpailuttaa vakuutukset uudelleen ja siirtää vakuutukset kilpailutuksen voittajalle. Vakuutukset ovat voimassa toistaiseksi voimassa olevana vuoden kerrallaan.

Main features of the procedure: Hankinnassa noudatetaan lakia julkisista hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeussopimuksista (1397/2016). Hankinta on EU-kynnysarvon ylittävä hankinta. Hankintamenettelynä käytetään avointa menettelyä. Hankintamenettely etenee seuraavasti: 1. Tarjoajan soveltuvuuden ja tarjousten tarjouspyynnön mukaisuuden tarkastaminen 2. Vertailun tekeminen 3. Hankintapäätöksen tekeminen ja tiedoksianto Tarjouksen tekemisestä, esittelystä tai muusta menettelyyn osallistumisesta ei makseta tarjoajille korvausta. Hankintasopimus syntyy vasta kirjallisen sopimuksen allekirjoittamisella. Tilaaja voi keskeyttää hankintamenettelyn osittain tai kokonaan todellisesta ja perustellusta syystä (hankintalain 125 §). Tilaaja voi hylätä hankinnan laatuun ja laajuuteen nähden poikkeuksellisen alhaisen tarjouksen siten kuin hankintalain 96 §:ssä säädetään.
