Title: Kahjude vähendamise teenusele teenuseosutajate leidmine Tervise Arengu Instituudile 2027
Description: Hanke eesmärgiks on leida narkootikume tarvitavatele inimestele (edaspidi NTI) kahjude vähendamise teenuse (edaspidi KVT) osutajad. KVT eesmärk on vähendada narkootikumide tarvitamisega seotud riskikäitumist, nakkushaiguste levikut ja narkootikumide tarvitamisest tingitud üledoose ning julgustada narkootikumide tarvitajaid võtma ühendust tervishoiu- ja sotsiaalteenustega, samal ajal jagades neile teavet olemasolevate abiteenuste kohta. NTI-d on antud hanke mõistes narkootilisi ja psühhotroopseid aineid tarvitavad inimesed, sh kuritarvitavad ja sõltuvushäirega inimesed.
