A ce stade, il s’agit du montant que l’adjudicateur, au regard des besoins recensés, estime dépenser sur la durée totale du marché. Néanmoins, tenant compte de l’arrêt de la CJUE du 17 juin 2021, l’adjudicateur fixe le montant maximal des produits à fournir/des prestations à réaliser au double du montant estimé précité. Fixé au regard de la situation particulière de l’Office (devant sans cesse s’adapter aux réalités de terrain propres à ses missions relatives à l’emploi et à la formation), ce montant représente le montant maximum pouvant être commandé sur la durée totale du marché. »
