Aufgrund der Komplexität der Vergabegegenstandes wurde ein neues Verfahren „Rahmenvereinbarung Storage- und Storageprodukte 2025“ im September erneut bekanntgegeben. Dieses Verfahren konnte aber nicht mehr vor Auslaufen des hier (gemäß 132 GWB) verlängerten Verfahrens, abgeschlossen bzw. bezuschlagt werden. Die Bezuschlagung des aktuell in der Durchführung stehenden Verfahrens ist für Q1 des Jahres 2025 geplant. So auch der Leistungsbeginn. Um eine vertragslose Rahmenvertragslaufzeit zu überbrücken wurde der Rahmenvertrag „Storage- und Storageprodukte 2019“ um ca. drei Monate, bis zum 28.02.2025, verlängert.
