Addressing the challenges of fragmented procurement and limited vendor access, this project seeks to unify and simplify AI adoption across critical federal sectors such as e-government, mobility, and healthcare. The marketplace will operate under a Federal Framework Agreement and a "broker"-managed model, ensuring access to pre-vetted AI solutions, secure infrastructure, tailored training, and regulatory compliance support. Designed to foster efficiency, transparency, and ethical standards, it will provide federal organisations with secure cloud computing and data storage, alongside specialised legal and ethical advisory services to align AI initiatives with Belgian and EU regulations. Through this initiative, BOSA aims to scale AI adoption while ensuring cost-effectiveness, operational efficiency, and adherence to ethical guidelines.
