Description: Vestfoldmuseene IKS ("contracting authority") consists of an archive institution, an art museum, a Viking centre, the Thor Heyerdahl Institute, seven cultural-historical museums and a collection management for objects and photographs. The contracting authority has a broad social role with a focus on history, art and culture and it offers exhibitions, events and digital services for the public and research environments. The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for services that shall i.a. ensure the protection of the Contracting Authority's values and reputation at different locations, including art and cultural history museums, as well as administration and storage locations.

Description: The contracting authority will evaluate the following under the award criteria "Assignment Implementation": To what degree the tenderer has a good plan and organisation for carrying out the work under the framework agreement. Tenderers shall provide a description of the following: How security guard services are intended to be carried out, including the tenderer's organisation, routines for planned and unplanned absences, success factors, risk elements and how the contracting authority ́s needs are met. The description shall be documented by a supplementary form of Annex 1 Annex 2 - Implementation of the Assignment. The description shall be maximum three (3) A4 pages (font size 10 or greater). Anything beyond three pages, as well as annexes to the description, will not be evaluated.
