Description: Se intentioneaza achizitia prin leasing financiar a 15 autobuze hibride diesel-electric noi, din gama 18m (18000±750mm), cu tracțiune hibridă (diesel-electric), cu podea complet coborâtă pe toată lungimea, cu minim trei uși și aer condiționat în salonul de călători, pentru transportul urban de calatori. Perioadă de leasing este de minim 60 luni, maxim 84 luni. Sistemul de propulsie al autobuzului va fi de tip hibrid, respectiv o combinație a tehnologiilor de propulsie diesel și electrică, menită să exploateze la maxim potenţialul de reducere a emisiilor de CO2 și în același timp să asigure condițiile corespunzătoare de fiabilitate în operare, pe toată durata de viață a vehiculelor. Autobuzele hibride vor avea omologările pentru vehicule complete, acordate de către autorităţile competente din statele membre ale Uniunii Europene, în categoria M3, clasa I, în baza Regulamentului (UE) 2019/2144 sau Certificat de omologare de tip RAR (Registrul Auto Român) . Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile. Termenul-limita in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare va fi in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul limita stabilit.
