Description: La contratación que motiva la presente licitación se divide en las siguientes prestaciones (divididas a su vez en lotes) exigidas en la normativa que se cita y que son necesarias para desarrollar y cumplir con el objeto del Consorcio para el Servicio de Prevención, Extinción de Incendios y Salvamento de la Provincia de Valencia: 1. Seguro Vida y Accidentes (LOTE 1). Seguro de Vida y Accidentes según contingencias previstas en la Ley 7/2011, de 1 de abril, de la Generalitat (SPEIS) y en el acuerdo regulador del personal al servicio del Consorcio para el Servicio de Prevención, Extinción de Incendios y Salvamento de la Provincia de Valencia. 2. Seguro Accidentes personal voluntario (LOTE 2). Seguro de Accidentes según contingencias previstas en la Ley 7/2011, de 1 de abril de la Generalitat, para el personal voluntario al servicio del Consorcio para el Servicio de Prevención, Extinción de Incendios y Salvamento de la Provincia de Valencia. 3. Seguro Accidentes no laborales (LOTE 3). Seguro de Accidentes para el personal al servicio del Consorcio para el Servicio de Prevención, Extinción de Incendios y Salvamento de la Provincia de Valencia, que garantice la asistencia sanitaria en caso de accidente no laboral. 4. Seguro Accidentes de trabajo del personal subrogado de la extinta Divalterra S.A. (LOTE 4). Seguro de Accidentes del personal subrogado de la extinta Divalterra S.A, al Consorcio para el Servicio de Prevención, Extinción de Incendios y Salvamento de la Provincia de Valencia, según contingencias previstas en el Convenio Colectivo de la Sociedad.
