Ursache ist die aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Fertigstellungstermine der Baugewerke in den Teilbereichen des Bf Gößnitz sich ergebende örtliche und zeitliche Zerstückelung des Baufeldes für OLA-Montage.
683 - Es handelt sich um Rückbau von bauzeitlichen Provisorien (Anfahrschutztafeln und Adaptern von Bauzustandsmasten) und um zusätzliche Montageleistungen (Rammgründung Einzelpfahl, Spundwandverbau für Gründung, Fertigteilfundament Mast 137, Zulage für Streckentrenner Typ Galland, Zulage für Gussgewichtssäulen an Doppel-Stahlprofilmasten, Anpassung Rückleiteranschlüsse Uw Gößnitz). Aufgrund der verzögerten EST W— IBN im Jahr 2023 (Bauphase 5.0) konnten die folgenden Bauphasen nicht wie geplant realisiert werden. Um das ausstehende Bausoll umzusetzen, wurde die Bautechnologie innerhalb des Knotens Gößnitz umgestellt. Damit ergaben sich auch für die Bauphase 7.0 andere Leistungsinhalte mit geänderten bzw. zusätzlichen Leistungen für das Gewerk OLA.
710 - Im Zuge der Auffahrung der Baugrube für die Arbeiten zum BA 5 bis BA 8 wurden Hindernisse im Baugrund, wahrscheinlich Altanlagen des ehemaligen Zugangs zur PU angetroffen, die für die weiteren baulichen Maßnahmen (Verbauarbeiten, Schal- und Bewehrungsarbeiten) abzubrechen sind. Die örtliche Situation dazu wurde gemeinsam mit der örtlichen Bauüberwachung/ PL unter Beachtung der baulichen Maßnahmen bewertet. Es wurde festgelegt, dass die Hindernisse abzubrechen und fachgerecht zu entsorgen sind. Ein Verbleib im Baugrund wurde ausgeschlossen (klare Bewertung Bestandssituation).
711 - Die im Rissbereich der OLA befindlichen Anlagen sind zu erden. Dies gilt gleichermaßen für die im Bereich der EU Hainberg bl befindliche Rettungswegtreppe. Die Abweichung vom Bauvertrag wurde im Zuge der AP oofensichtlich, es sind am Geländer entsprechende Erdungsmaßnahmen des Geländers
