Description: Obiectul contractului: Prezenta achiziție vizează furnizarea a 12 autobuze noi cu sistem de propulsie electric, respectiv furnizarea, montarea și punerea în funcțiune a 12 stații de încărcare lentă și a 4 stații de încărcare rapidă și este finanțată prin Planul Național de Redresare și Reziliență Pentru promovarea obiectivului de investitie a fost elaborat Planul de actiune stabilit in cadrul Planului de Mobilitate Urbana Durabila a Municipiului Sfântu Gheorghe. PMUD actioneaza astfel ca un document programativ la nivelul administratiei locale in ceea ce priveste strategia de dezvoltare secventiala a infrastructurii pentru toate tipurile de mobilitate urbana. Termenul pana la care se pot solicita clarificari de la autoritatea contractanta este de 18 zile inainte de data de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.

Description: Pentru consumul cel mai scazut se acorda punctajul maxim alocat de 20 puncte. Eficienta energetica minima sub care nu se va acorda punctaj suplimentar este de 0,5kwh/100km. Peste valoarea maxima de eficienta energetica de 1,2kwh/100km, oferta va fi declarata neconforma. Pentru celelalte consumuri ofertate punctajul P(n) se calculeaza proportional astfel P(n) = (Consum minim ofertat / Consum n) x punctaj maxim alocat. Consumul specific se va oferta conform buletinului de măsurători SORT 2 cu numărul maxim de zecimale, depus odată cu propunerea tehnică. Buletinul de măsurători va fi emis de o entitate de specialitate acreditată din UE, situat în UE.

Algoritm de calcul: Punctajul maxim de 15 puncte alocat acestui factor se va acorda, ofertei cu capacitate maximă de transport (pe scaun și în picioare).
