The Agreement, in particular and hereinafter the license, will continue in force for three (3) years and will end by operation of law after the lapse, termination or dissolution of this period. The contracting authority has the right, but explicitly not the obligation to extend this Agreement. This Agreement (license) may be extended for a maximum of five (5) extensions of one (1) year. Hence, the maximum Term can be eight (8)
